We will look at the diagnostics of both anxiety and depression and correlate the signs and symptoms of the diagnosis to that of nutrient deficiencies.
Explanation will be given to the scenarios that lead to this and the common underlying comorbidities which are often a core for presentation.
Then an overview of treatment plans looking at nutritional and herbal support and lifestyle changes to promote recovery and healing.
I trained approximately 30 years ago in England as a mental health nurse. During my life journey I have paid attention to people’s health experience as well as having my own health challenges. This led me to learn and explore nutrition, herbs, spirituality and so much more. I am passionate about helping people understand how their body communicates it’s needs to them and how they can respond, nurturing themselves and helping them to grow as a person.
Deborah has nursed in a variety of contexts for over 40 years. As a Clinical Counsellor she has journeyed alongside patients managing anxiety and depression and understands the difficulties when managing the demands of everyday life and challenges posed by mental health.
